Privacy & data handling

This dashboard is for its owner’s personal management of their eBay store. It is not an eBay product and is not open for public registration.

Account connection

Google sign-in is limited to one approved account. Supabase uses your Google email and basic profile to authenticate you; this does not grant access to Gmail or Google Drive. The dashboard does not receive your Google or eBay password. eBay authorization tokens are encrypted on the server. Tokens allow reading store information; this app does not edit listings, issue refunds, send messages, or post feedback.

Data used

The planned dashboard uses orders, listing details, shipment information, feedback, and financial transactions. Buyer usernames may be retained to match records. Buyer names, addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers must be excluded from stored records. No live store data has been imported in this setup phase.

Storage and deletion

Server data is stored in Supabase. The static interface is intended for Cloudflare Pages. Verified eBay account-deletion requests remove matching records. Minimal keyed identifiers are retained to prevent deleted data from being imported again. Disconnecting eBay removes stored tokens and stops access; it does not delete imported records.

Before launch

Real-data imports, retention periods, host backups, and deletion coverage must be reviewed before production use. This setup-stage notice must be updated to reflect the deployed system before the dashboard launches.
